When you Join your Application must include the following information or it will be denied: (if your application is denied because the following information is not included you may reapply again) To join you must submit: (1) Quit Date whether past or future and if a future Quit Date (within 2 weeks) also your sincere intentions of Quitting as well if not quitting immediately. (2) what method you used to Quit or will be using to Quit, we need to know if Cold Turkey or NRT as we are a Cold Turkey Quit Site but do allow applicants on NRT who are willing to discontinue it within several weeks. (3) All applications must be submitted with a valid email address. (4) Applicants must post their Introduction upon being accepted within several days. If you are not going to post and participate please don't join as you can read on site without being a member. We have fun here and topics for discussion are open, but keeping our Quits come first.
