Sightings Pt 3
ENGLAND UFOS
LEICESTER
The witness looked up to see a lit up patch in the sky on February 13, 2003. A giant plane the size of a football field went through the gap where the light was at 7:45 AM. My friend and I both saw it. A week later we were standing at the bus stop chatting. When we finished chatting the bus stop had moved five meters. Wierd!
BIRMINGHAM
My sister and her family were looking out of a window in the family home at 8:30 PM on February 15, 2003, at what they thought was a particularly bright star in the clear night sky. Almost immediately everyone witnessed the "star" start to flash in different colors. No sense of distance could be obtained, other than to observe that what they thought at first to be a star was considerably brighter than any other within their view. The observation lasted unbroken for two hours, in which time it did not appear to move at all.

IRELAND UFOs OVER CORK HARBOR
Six UFOs were seen heading over Cork Harbor at 8:45 PM, on February 23, 2003, in a southwest direction at incredible speed. They seemed to be in formation in a line, but the extreme right UFO did a slight wobble and then they disappeared out of the line of sight due to a tree in way. They seemed in perfect control. I am well used to seeing shooting stars and normal transatlantic airplane traffic. Most certainly these objects were none of those.
WASHINGTON AIRLINER PACED BY SMALL DISC OVER OLYMPIC MOUNTAINS
We were walking along a dirt road by our place outside of Shelton at 11:30 AM, on February 24, 2003, when I heard a deep roar of a jet engine. I looked up to see what was making the noise, and noticed an airliner going very slow, almost ready to stall, with a small silver disc under the aircraft. I told my wife, and kids to look at that in the sky. We watched the little silver craft pace the larger airliner for ten seconds then the little disc shot ahead, and above, in front, of the airliner and shot off. They were both heading in a northerly direction at that point.

CANADA SIGHTINGS HIGH -WELLINGTON CAP-EGMONT
A father and son report seeing an odd light on top of the Northumberland Strait almost every night from 10 to 11 PM for almost three years. It is bright white, then changes orange - Yellow and never makes a sound. It hovers around 100 feet in the air but never takes off from land. At about 10 PM, it just appears and hovers for 15-20 minutes, flies a kilometer east, and returns. On February 20, 2003, my friend and I went down to the beach to watch. At 10:15 PM, the light appeared, so we went home to tell my Father. After twenty minutes, at 10:36 PM, it started to move quickly east, then turned and flew west, stopped and became very bright. A second bright light appeared. A jet plane passed between the two bright lights and then a third REALLY bright light appeared. For the first time, we were watching three really bright lights until 11:15 PM, when they just disappeared.

Oldbury
On Monday, February 3, 2003, at 9:30 p.m., Matt B. was in Oldbury, Birmingham West, Midlands, UK when he saw a UFO approach from the southwest. Matt reported, "I had just been to the local store. I was looking up into the sky when I thought I saw a jet, but there was no sound of any engines. There were two white lights with a black cylinder shape. Then the lights turned clockwise slowly. Then one light shot off at (high) speed southwest. It was slow at first, then really fast, then it disappeared."
Surrey
On Wednesday, February 26, 2003, at 4:30 p.m., Andrew B. was in Priory Park, Reigate, Surrey, UK when he noticed a UFO approaching from the east. Andrew reported, "Me and my friend Simon were in the park playing football ( soccer in the USA--J.T.) when we saw this 'craft' fly across the sky in front of us. At first we dismissed it as a low- flying model aircraft. But after examining the speed of the object, we realised that this could not be so."
Andrew described the UFO as "silver, flattened, metallic. It seemed to be a flattened cylindrical shape. It was 100 to 150 feet (30 to 45 meters) off the ground, extremely fast, for it crossed the sky from one horizon to the other in 20 seconds or so."
Australian UFO Sighting 03/13/2003
At approximately 8.00 respondents report sighting extremely large white illuminations travelling from the west to east about 1000 feet in altitude and some 1-3km away, in the southern sky. The object suddenly turned to the south at 35-45 degrees and sped off only to disappear. There was no sound, and the sighting lasted for about 40 seconds. There was no recorded RAAF activity at that time.
Details from an eye witness from One Mile Beach, Anna bay New South Wales Australia said
"My wife and myself witnessed at 20.08 hrs last night 13 03 2003 at One Mile Beach, Anna bay New South Wales".
"We were walking along the beach in a westerly direction and were approximately two thirds of the way to the westerly end of the beach when we noticed a Low Star appear over the sea west of the land mass known as One Mile Point, a hill of approximately 80 metres in height to the tree tops, from the beach where we were standing. Our position was approximately 300 metres east One Mile Point. I consider the elevation of the object was around 30 degrees, however this is estimated, but the elevation was definitely less that 45 degrees".
"We were standing at the waters edge an saw the Low Star appear in the west and travel in a horizontal plane to the east directly across our facing path, at what seemed to be an even and regular speed".
"The speed was similar to that of a military helicopter, in fact I thought the object was a helicopter with its search light on as several of these aircraft have been flying regularly in our vicinity over the past few weeks. The object was not a helicopter".
"We watched the object for 40 seconds and I was waiting for the sound of the rotors as the object approached across our path, with a southerly breeze, with a little easterly direction, blowing in our faces at about 10 klm per hour as we looked to sea and watched the object, hearing no sound what soever. I figured the object was no more than 1000 metres from us".
"The object travelled west to east in an unchanging direction and horizontal plane at a height of no more that I estimate 300 metres, then it suddenly stopped, then disappeared directly to the south. The object was seen to virtually stop its easterly direction and turn to the south the move toward the south and disappear in less than a second or so".
"I checked my directions given against the southern cross, and I also am well aware of my local directional landmarks".
"We waited for approximately 5 minutes, watching for the object to re-appear, however it did not".
"It was then I realised that the "Low Star" like ball of white light with no other colours present was of a size that would be several times larger than a helicopter let alone a search light".
"With the wind blowing directly at us from the sighted "light object", when it was at its most eastern position before heading south and disappearing, the most prominent position to transfer sound to us on the wind, we heard no sound what so ever".
"We were not at sufficient an elevation to notice a reflection on the ocean, and the sea was of around 1.5 metres dumping on the sandbar about 75 metres from shore. The seas were dumping in a mild fashion and would not have masked any sound in my mind".
"I have no explanation for the sighting, but am very familiar with helicopters, aircraft, flares, meteors etc., and their behaviour and am convinced that this object did not suit any aerial object I am familiar with".
